    STALL SETUP AND PACK UP

    • Stall holders will have access to set up from 6am for trading from 8.30am
    • Stalls will be identified via markings and will be numbered accordingly.
    • Maps with allocations will be sent out after the closing of stalls via email
    • Stall holders are encouraged to pack up no earlier than 4pm unless arrangements are made with the committee.

    BAY PERIMETER

    Stall areas are clearly marked on a map which will be emailed to you prior to the day.

    Upon booking please make sure you have accounted for the correct space required. Your equipment must not exceed the perimeter of your area.

    Please be courteous to other stall holders by keeping within the boundaries and ensuring that there are no obstructions to surrounding stalls.

    Coolgardie Day Celebrations Inc does not take any responsibility for sales and traffic of the public to your stall.

    PUBLIC LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

    Participants are to arrange their own public liability insurance coverage and supply an up-to-date copy BEFORE the event.

    NO INSURANCE = NO TRADE

    TEMPORARY STRUCTURES

    Temporary structures can only be secured by using simple wire rod pegs to avoid damage to grassed areas and reticulation.

    EQUIPMENT

    Stall holders will need to bring all provisions for stall setup. This will include tables, chairs and shade.

    No shade will be provided by the organisers. The. organisers also encourage stall holders to bring water and sunscreen for your own use.

    POWER IS NOT AVAILABLE

    FOOD STALL HOLDERS

    Please provide a copy of your food license with this application. If you don’t have one please contact the Shire of Coolgardie on (08) 9080 2111 for more details on a temporary license.

    BBQs AND GENERATORS

    Strictly no BBQs or generators are permitted on grassed area without a tarp or liner underneath. If you do not abide by this, you may be refused entry to the event next year.

    RUBBISH REMOVAL

    Stall holders are responsible for their own rubbish. A skip bin is located in Lefroy Street for commercial rubbish. Please do not put your rubbish in the public bins.

    NO REFUNDS – After the 31st of August
